Conditions - Untere Kapfenhardter Mühle

Conditions:

- Prices are based on our currently valid price list.

- Price agreements are based on the length of stay. Shortened travel times change this.

- Tax changes are passed on directly to the customer.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellation by the customer / non-use of the hotel services (no show)

1. The customer can withdraw from the contract at any time before the start of the trip. If the customer withdraws from the contract, the hotel loses the right to the agreed travel price.

However, the hotel cannot claim appropriate compensation in the amount of the following flat-rate compensation by no possible subletting.

If no other arrangements are made, we charge:

a) Cancellation up to the 21st day before the start of the trip: free of charge
b) Cancellation from the 20th to the 12th day before the start of the trip: 35% of the total travel price
c) Cancellation from the 11th to the 7th day before the start of the trip: 55% of the total travel price
d) Cancellation from 6 to 1 day before the start of the trip: 75% of the total travel price
e) Cancellation from the start of the trip / no-show: 90% of the total travel price
